Shipping and Handling -

Preferred carrier for North America orders is both UPS and FEDEX on smaller items and best-rate common freight carrier on larger items.  Ground Service is used unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Shipping carrier is subject to change without notice.
USPS is also used but may be subject to a $10 additional handling fee.
Some items cannot be shipped via USPS due to size, in these cases UPS and FEDEX will be automatically used and any added rates will apply. 
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Any and all shipping charges, no matter of initial shipment, returns, refusals, re-shipments initiated by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to the customer.
Shipments to HI and AK are air-only and will be charged accordingly.
Orders are handled immediately upon payment.
Packing boxes and packing materials vary, used and surplus boxes are sometimes utilized.
Best packing methods are used, and although sometimes unconventional, to assure damage free delivery.

Freight Delivery  -

Freight carriers do curb side delivery only, they do not assist with moving package or merchandise onto the property, the home, or perform uncrating or setup of your statue.  Carriers will contact customer prior to delivery to be sure delivery is expected or to arrange a delivery day.  Lift gate services require additional fees and must be arranged prior to shipping your product.
Refusal of a freight delivery does not constitute a cancellation or request for return.  Under this circumstance, refer to the STATUES.COM Terms and Conditions.
Re-delivery fees may be assessed if applicable.
Warehousing fees may be assessed if delivery is unsuccessful, refused and/or if delivery is not made due to customers negligence, responsibility, or deliberant actions.

International Shipping – International Shipping Now Available!

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides it's customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.

4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.

5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.

6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.

7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.

8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.

9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Canada :  UPS or FEDEX
Outside North America :  United States Postal Service Only

Where Applicable:

A $25 special handling fee is assessed to all shipments outside North America.
US Postal Service (USPS) usually cannot be tracked.  Customer assumes risk of non-delivery.  STATUES.COM is not liable for any lost packages.
Insurance is automatically added to shipping cost for damages only for claim towards a replacement of product– not lost packages. 
However, it is important to note USPS does not offer insurance to specific destinations.
Broker and Customs fee, duties, tariffs, etc. are not the responsibility of customer only.  STATUES.COM is not responsible to pay these fees.
Customer agrees to pay these fees where applicable and required by local law.
In the event an item is returned due to failure of the client to pay these fees the customer agrees that order is not refundable.
 

Authorized International return orders will be charged a 50% restocking fee and the customer must pay all return shipping charges.
