Return and Refund Policy -
Since 1993, we continually strive to produce and offer exquisite workmanship and take pride in all we do whether we are custom manufacturing an statue or we are fulfilling a single piece statue order, however upon receiving your statue, if you are not happy with your statue, we ask you contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns and if need be, to learn about our exchange options and process. Instructions on how to return the statue will be explained. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. We do not offer a refund policy on any of our statues.
For a direct exchange to be honored:
- Statue must be carefully repacked in the original packing material as it was delivered.
- Statue must be in the same condition as was delivered.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Returns/exchange are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Some statues and collections are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee, call to identify.
No return – No refund policy applies on all custom and non custom online retail orders, custom made statues, projects and finishes.
International return orders are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
Canceling an Order -
As you know, because your statue is made to order, it is VERY important that we be notified IMMEDIATELY should you wish to cancel you order. Much work is put into preparing the production of a statue, therefore for this reason; an order CANNOT be cancelled after 7 days. If an order has been shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled for whatever reason.
Refusal of a delivery does not constitute a cancellation or request for return. Under this circumstance, this entire STATUES.COM Terms and Conditions apply where applicable.
