Because we are a full service manufacturing facility, the majority of our items found for sale in our shopping cart are shipped within 10 days, however we have up to 45 days from date of order. Most of our collection is made upon presentation of order and all of our items are skillfully hand casted and hand cleaned by trained artisans and craftsmen. Marble cast statuary can have tiny black spots or nicks on the surface that is natural occurrence and cannot be controlled by our artisans, therefore, please allow for variations in finishing, casting, symmetries, and detailing on each piece. Refusing of the delivery of your order does not constitute an authorized return. Refunds will not be honored on unauthorized returns or refusals. We take great pride in the workmanship and time put into your ordered statue, please phone us to receive an authorized return for guarantee refund of your full purchase price (less a 20% re-stocking fee)..

CUSTOM FABRICATION, DESIGN OF STATUES AND FINISHES…As a full service production facility that offers custom sculpting, molding and casting services, we welcome the opportunity to create and produce a custom piece or pieces for you. Typically, a 30%- 50% non-refundable deposit is required to process customized orders and projects. Custom finishes are also available for an additional fee. All Custom Fabricated Statues, Designs, Rush Custom Project and Finishes are Non-Refundable Works! Any and all deposits received to date on such as project is considered non-refundable. No exceptions.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES…If an item is received damaged, please notify us immediately of receiving the package in order for a claim and replacement process to begin. DO NOT CALL THE SHIPPING CARRIER (FEDEX,UPS OR USPS). We will call the carrier to report the damage and arrange for a pickup and replacement. It is important that you hold on to the original packing materials and the damaged merchandise because the original delivering carrier will pick-up your damaged product one the damage is reported, usually the very next day. If the carrier cannot pick up the damaged package because of the customer does not comply with the procedure, a claim and/or replacement will not be honored.!!
SHIPPING...Our preferred carrier is FEDEX Ground, FEDEX Express, USPS Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Statues.com will ship using any of these carriers at their discretion. Preferred method for international shipping is USPS.
Although customers located outside the Contingous United States can place orders online in the shopping cart, the International shipping costs will not be calculated correctly during the shopping cart processing. A customer representative will contact you via email following the completion of your online order process to offer you shipping rate options.
