Marble cast statuary can have tiny black spots or nicks on the surface that is natural occurrence and cannot be controlled by our artisans, therefore, please allow for variations in finishing, casting, symmetries, and detailing on each piece. DAMAGE AND SHORTAGES…If an item is received damaged, please notify us immediately of receiving the package in order for a claim and replacement process to begin. DO NOT CALL THE SHIPPING CARRIER (FEDEX,UPS OR USPS). We will call the carrier to report the damage and arrange for a pickup and replacement. It is important that you hold on to the original packing materials and the damaged merchandise because the original deliverying carrier will pick-up your damaged product one the damage is reported, ususally the very next day. If the carrier cannot pick up the damaged package because of the customer does not comply with the procedure, a claim and/or replacement will not be honored.!!
