If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from our collection, please email us at returns@statues.com or call us at 801-366-5900 within 30 days of the delivery date. Email is preferred. Items must be returned in the same condition as it arrived to the buyer.

Cancelling an Order

Please email us at  returns@statues.com or call us at 801-366-5900 to cancel your order. Once an item is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

The buyer must issue a return or exchange request within 30 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including deliveries that have been refused. Some exceptions apply:

• Buyer is not responsible for shipping costs if the requested return is a result of our error.

• Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.

Once the merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item is received damaged, please email us at  returns@statues.com or call us at 801-366-5900 within 24 hours of the delivery. Email is preferred. Please keep the original packaging; otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.

To Return an Item

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange request, as discussed in the Return & Exchange Policy section.

• Repack the items carefully in the original packing materials. The package must be returned to us in the condition it was received. Please include the original packing slip.

• For your protection, returned merchandise should be insured for the items full value.
