The buyer must issue a return or exchange request within 30 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the merchandise and for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including deliveries that have been refused. Some exceptions apply:
Once the merchandise is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
