About Us

3 Generations. Over 25 Years in Business. Proudly Made in the USA.

A Family Legacy in Statuary, Craftsmanship, and Trust

Statues.com is a one-stop, end-to-end statuary authority, offering custom and ready-made statues through a fully managed, risk-controlled process.
The platform is operated by Statues, Inc., a multi-generation, family-owned business run by the Karpos family, with deep roots in the classical statue and manufacturing industry spanning more than 40 years.

Our story began in Athens, Greece, where Vasili Karpos’s parents worked directly within the classical sculpture and artistic manufacturing tradition, an environment shaped by centuries of art, stone carving, and bronze casting.
That foundation in Old World craftsmanship continues to define how we approach statuary today, combining heritage techniques with modern, end-to-end production and quality control.

From Classical Roots to a Modern One-Stop Platform

As the statuary industry evolved, one challenge remained constant: commissioning a statue was complex, fragmented, and risky. Clients were often required to independently source sculptors, mold makers, manufacturers, and importers, frequently across multiple countries, without a single point of accountability.

Statues, Inc. was created to solve this problem.
We became the first custom sculpting studio to offer commissioned marble and bronze art sculpture services online, bringing a traditionally opaque, high-risk process into a transparent, managed, and professional environment.

By integrating design, sculpting, molding, production, quality control, and delivery under one roof, we transformed how statues are commissioned and produced, reducing risk while preserving craftsmanship.

What Makes Statues.com Different

Statues.com is not a marketplace and not a mass-production vendor.
It functions as a curated, end-to-end statuary platform, built on knowledge, execution, and trust.

We specialize in:

  • Custom statues and commissioned works

  • Ready-made statuary collections

  • Material expertise, including marble, bronze, stone, and architectural composites

  • Complex custom projects requiring technical oversight and quality control

Every project is guided by experience earned through decades of hands-on work, not theory, outsourcing, or marketing claims.

A Global Reach, Built on Trust

Over the years, Statues.com has expanded to serve clients worldwide, including collectors, institutions, designers, municipalities, and organizations seeking reliable, high-quality statuary solutions.

Our growth has never been driven by volume alone. Instead, it has been shaped by:

  • Long-term client relationships

  • Consistent quality standards

  • Responsible production and delivery

  • A commitment to stewardship of both art and process

This approach has allowed Statues.com to scale thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity of the craft.

Today and Looking Forward

Today, Statues.com operates as a central reference point for statuary, combining heritage craftsmanship with modern infrastructure. The day-to-day operations are supported by an experienced team, while leadership remains focused on vision, quality, relationships, and long-term brand integrity.

Our goal is simple and ambitious:
to be the default online destination for statuary, where buyers can confidently explore, commission, and acquire statues knowing the process is managed correctly from start to finish.
