Vasilios Karpos: Attention to detail is essential because quality depends on many individual decisions being handled correctly. I want our operations to be organized, our standards to be clear and our clients to know that the details of their project matter.

Leadership is also about the team. I believe in setting expectations, giving people the support they need and creating accountability. When everyone understands the goal and takes responsibility for their part of the work, the whole company becomes stronger.

Vasilios Karpos: Being involved with different organizations keeps you connected with people, ideas and opportunities outside your own company. You learn how others solve problems, you see new approaches and you build relationships that can lead to collaboration.

For me, that involvement is also a reminder that a business is part of a larger community. We should be aware of what is happening around us and look for ways to participate constructively.

Vasilios Karpos: A company does not operate in isolation. It depends on employees, customers, suppliers, institutions and the community around it. I believe businesses should look for meaningful ways to contribute and support the places where they work.

That can include education, local activities and other forms of participation. The important part is that community involvement should be treated as a responsibility, not simply as a marketing exercise.

Vasilios Karpos: Lead by example. If leadership treats community involvement as important, the team understands that it is part of the culture of the company. I also believe it should be approached consistently rather than only when there is a promotional opportunity.

A healthy business should think about long term relationships, trust and the effect it has on the people around it. Business success and responsible participation do not have to be separate ideas.
