About this project
SculptHER Collection
A sculptural tribute to Anna May Wong, the screen pioneer whose talent and perseverance expanded Asian American representation in cinema.
Created by the Statues.com Art Team, this portrait bust interprets Wong with a composed expression and elegant presence. The work honors an international film career that crossed silent film, sound, television and stage.
A Legacy in Focus
Wong became Hollywood’s first Chinese American movie star and the first Asian American woman awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2022, she was also featured in the United States Mint’s American Women Quarters Program.
