The head is just beautiful, but they charge almost as much for shipping as the head costs! I wish they would get in line with other Etsy vendors and not charge an arm and a leg for shipping.

I love classical art, and I wanted a piece of statuary to accent my home and allow me to appreciate it without having to spend $1000+. I also wanted it to be close to full size, as almost all classical reproductions found online are significantly smaller than the original. I did a lot of searching online to find a piece that fit into that framework, and finally I settled on this bust.
Before purchasing the statue, I reached out to the seller, Kosta, and inquired about some of the specifics, including whether it was hollow (It is solid); and the weight of the item (22lbs). Kosta got back to me quickly with detailed answers, and I decided to purchase the product.
In short, I’m very happy that I did. The statue is beautiful, and even larger than I expected. It fully met all my expectations. I highly recommend this product.
